The scholarship lottery for the 2013-2014 school year is now closed. Check back in the fall when the lottery for the following school year will open.

CSFP provides 4-year, K-8th grade scholarships to children from low-income Philadelphia families. These scholarships are partial scholarships to fund tuition at a private school of the family’s choosing. Please click here for a complete list of CSFP approved schools.

CSFP scholarships are awarded by random lottery. The lottery runs from November to March (and is now closed for the upcoming 2013-2014 school year). CSFP currently has two types of scholarships that have slightly different eligibility requirements: the PA Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) program for kids in the catchment zone of the lowest 15% of performing schools in the state; and our regular, four-year scholarship program.
