Ina B. Lipman, Esq., Executive Director

Prior to joining CSFP, Ina was the Executive Director of The Peggy Browning Fund, a nationally based non-profit organization serving law students and worker rights groups. An attorney with an extensive background in educational advocacy and organization building, she has worked for groups that have included the Greater Philadelphia First’s Children Achieving and Health Partners. She has a B.A. from University of Connecticut and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.

 

Nicole G. Tell, Vice President of Development

Prior to joining CSFP, Nicole was the Director of Donor Relations and Communications at Project H.O.M.E. in Philadelphia, a nationally recognized non-profit organization that seeks to end homelessness and poverty in Philadelphia. An attorney with a background in commercial litigation, she has worked at law firms in both New York City and Philadelphia, including Pepper Hamilton LLP. Nicole is Secretary of the Board of The Women’s Center of Montgomery County, serving domestic violence victims in Pennsylvania. She has a B.A. from Vassar College and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

Michelle Liberatore, Associate Director of Development

Michelle joined CSFP from the U.S. Government Accountability Office in Washington, D.C. where she worked on several reports for Congress, including a review focused on homeless women veterans. Michelle also has several years of experience in data analytics, while working for organizations including Cephalon (now part of Teva Pharmaceuticals), Grameen Foundation, and Boston University School of Management. She enjoys volunteering, especially playing sports with Special Olympics athletes. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University and a MBA in Public and Nonprofit Management from Boston University.

Ivy McDaniels, Development Associate

Ivy joined CSFP after a year with AmeriCorps VISTA, and has solid background in education. She earned an MA with distinction in New Zealand Literature while on a Fulbright grant at Victoria University of Wellington, and holds a BA with distinguished honors in English from Ursinus College. Ivy has spent several years tutoring and teaching at the college level, and working with children at summer camp and a private school.

 

Julie Raiken, Program Director

Julie joined CSFP with solid nonprofit work and volunteer experience.  Prior to joining the CSFP team, she worked for several social service organizations that serve individuals and children affected by HIV/AIDS as a Program Coordinator and Case Manager.  Julie enjoys volunteering with the Make A Wish Foundation.  She holds a B.A. Degree from Millersville University in Sociology and has recently earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College.

 

Zayna Lyon, Program Associate

Zayna is a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.A. in History/Political Science. After graduating, she spent one year as a volunteer in western Honduras, at My Little Red House Bilingual School, where she taught English as a second language and coordinated the ESL program. Zayna relocated to Philadelphia where she continues to support organizations that advocate equal education opportunities for youth.

 

 

Kate Beele, Program Associate

Kate is a graduate of Temple University with a B.A. in Communications. After leaving Temple, Kate spent time living and working in Atlanta, then Baltimore, where she worked as an Americorps program supervisor for Civic Works. She joined CSFP when she returned to Philadelphia to pursue a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Pennsylvania. Kate is also a Social Work Coordinator at an interdisciplinary health clinic in West Philadelphia and looks forward to a career in Social Work with a focus on grief and family therapy.

 

James P. Bowditch III, Development and Program Assistant

JP joined the CSFP team after graduating from Haverford College with a B.A. in Philosophy. While in school, he also minored in Sociology, worked for faculty in that department as a Research Assistant, tutored high school Physics students, and was a T.A. for an introductory Philosophy course. He brings a passion for equality and interest in education to CSFP.
